  • NB: there is no booking fee or service fee charged

  • Cleaning fee of $230 per stay when house and cottage are booked

  • A standard minimum stay of 2 nights - aside from public holiday periods and summer months of December and January

Standard - 2 night minimum:

$780 (per night)

1 December to 31 January* - 3 night minimum

*ie. 1-19 December and 8-31 January

Public Holidays* - 3 or 4 night minimum:

$835 (per night)
